Joseph B. Cioe, Jr. grew up in the South Chicago suburbs and worked as a CPA and tax accountant. He came to Valparaiso University to study law, and liked it so much he decided to make Valparaiso Indiana his home, although he still represents clients in his native Chicago. “As an attorney, CPA and Certified Financial Planner, I offer our clients a unique combination of experience and knowledge to their benefit. Scott Wagenblast is a Valparaiso native – graduating from both Valparaiso High School and Valparaiso School of Law. He is a family mediator and a former municipal attorney for Valparaiso. “Attorneys often work with people who are at points of peak stress in their lives.
